Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness; Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM; Ensure restaurant compliance with local, state, and federal regulations; Ensure profitability by operating shifts within established guidelines and managing labor, cost, and sales growth; Communicate effectively to the GM/Owner on issues that may impact business
