A company is looking for a VP & Residential Underwriting Manager - Mortgage Underwriting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and monitor daily workflow of residential loan files to meet service level agreementsEstablish and maintain underwriting policies, procedures, and guidelines while making sound underwriting decisionsOversee the quality, compliance, and performance of the underwriting staff, assisting with complex inquiriesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationBachelor's degree preferred or a minimum of 10 years related residential underwriting experiencePrevious management experience is requiredFHA DE, VA SAR/LAPP designations preferredCurrent knowledge of RESPA regulations and strong knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA programsTen years of experience with Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) is required
