A company is looking for a Mortgage Closer/Funder to facilitate the closing process for home loans.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and send accurate Initial Closing Disclosures (ICDs) to borrowersTroubleshoot and resolve closing issues while maintaining a strong customer experienceReview loan documents for compliance and accuracy, managing a pipeline of 50-60 loans per monthRequired Qualifications3+ years of recent experience closing residential loansExperience in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentProficiency with Encompass LOS or similar lending systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; higher education may be preferredExperience working remotely and collaborating in a distributed team
