A company is looking for a Senior Counsel, StreetEasy & New Construction.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as legal point of contact and subject matter expert for StreetEasy and New Construction business lines, supporting product development lifecycleProvide tactical legal counsel for special projects and key initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teamsDraft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, while analyzing legislative changes impacting assigned productsRequired Qualifications7+ years of relevant experience in a national or regional law firm or in-house legal department, preferably in a tech companyJuris Doctor (JD) with active state bar admissionExperience with licensing, marketing, intellectual property, and commercial agreementsFamiliarity with real estate regulatory frameworks and the New York real estate market preferredAptitude for innovative problem-solving and a project-manager approach to ownership of projects
