Must be willing to cover sites for both NWIR & CIR practices in IN. Coverage drive time: From Terre Haute, IN (Union) to Lafayette, IN (Franciscan): 1.5 hrs If leaving Lafayette & going to Northern IN sites: 1.75 hrs Once in Northern IN, sites are 30-45 min (details to be discussed during interview). UPDATE 7/14 - overnights are covered. Emergent need is 5p-2a CST UPDATED 6/12 - URGENT NEED.
