We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced environment. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Tasks will also include serving food, as needed, and maintaining a salad bar. Your expertise in the kitchen will contribute to creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Rosponsibilities:
- Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes and menu specifications.
- Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
- Provide exceptional service during catering events or special functions as required.
