Training Specialist-PTNE

Responsibilities: The Training Specialist-PTNE conducts training classes for Norton Healthcare employees and assists in creating, updating, and evaluating course materials, which may include print and/or various electronic delivery methods. This role is also responsible for maintaining classroom materials and recording classroom attendance in the Learning Management System (LMS). This position offers a fully remote work opportunity. Employees in this role must reside in one of the following states to be considered for fully remote positions: Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Virginia, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina.

Qualifications: Required: With associate degree one year instructional design and curriculum delivery. Without associate degree three years instructional design and curriculum delivery. Desired: With Bachelor degree one year instructional design and curriculum delivery in clinical setting. Without Bachelor degree three years instructional design and curriculum delivery in clinical setting.
