Job Purpose & Scope Performs a variety of administrative duties along with daily back-office loan functions, including assisting insurance vendors, providing support to the Bank's lending staff with insurance matters, and performing flood reviews.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides accurate and timely audit, processing and payment preparation of monthly invoicing from service providers and Bank's Insurance serving vendor.
  • Posts insurance refunds and waived
  • Prepares maintenance form to remove increased payment.
  • Facilitates communication between Bank's lending staff and insurance.
  • Responds to requests from Bank's lenders and support.
  • Generates accurate and timely weekly reports that will be provided to insurance.
  • Generates the monthly report and remits the monthly VSI premiums to Insurance.
  • Performs a regulatory, timely and accurate flood review on all loans when the collateral lies in a Standard Flood Hazard Area. Ensure compliance with the National Flood Insurance Program and Private Flood Insurance.
  • Handles customer calls and research items for problem resolution, escalating when necessary.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Skill in using computer programs and/or desktop applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in using computer programs and/or desktop applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel, required.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in lending, insurance, banking, or related financial environment, preferred.
