Scott Petroleum Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for those seeking to gain experience in a customer focused environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Orders and customer service
*Handling customer orders by phone and in person
*Dispatch delivery orders to drivers
*Maintaining daily and monthly inventory totals
*Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
*Provide information about products and services
*Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently

SAFTEY AND COMPLIANCE:
*Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
*Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling and store security

QUALIFICATIONS:
*High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
*Friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Basic computer skills for operating cash registers and recording transactions
