We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the development and deployment of capabilities within the Partner Experience Platform (PXP) that transform partner experiences through the latest advancements in AI, Salesforce.com, and data architecture.

Team Overview

The PXP Strategy & Development team delivers innovative partner experience via the Partner Experience Platform, empowering partners with resources, actionable insights, sales use?cases, and AI to drive profitable growth.

Your Impact

  • Drive strategic products that position Ciscos PXP as an industry leader in AI?powered partner experience solutions.
  • Collaborate with business partners to define, prioritize, and launch innovative PXP features that enhance partner collaboration, streamline workflows, and deliver measurable business value.
  • Manage the end?to?end product lifecycle to deliver features that empower partners and improve engagement, while ensuring robust security, compliance, and resilience.
  • Stay ahead of evolving AI and partner experience trends by continuously evaluating new technologies and user expectations, defining strategies to deliver differentiated experiences.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from partners and internal collaborators to continuously improve PXP offerings and deliver premier partner experiences.

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of product?management experience, including recent work in AI, customer experience (CX), and/or partner experience (PX) products.
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable enterprise platforms with a strong emphasis on partner solutions.
  • Subject?matter expertise in AI, CX, PX, and related fields, with a passion for driving innovation and delivering value to partners.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, with demonstrated technical expertise applied to platform or experience solutions.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with AI?powered experience platforms, partner ecosystems, or partner engagement solutions.
  • Excellent written, analytical, and problem?solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and critical?thinking skills, enabling effective engagement with partners, stakeholders, and cross?functional teams.
  • Demonstrated experience solving challenges related to partner experience, data privacy, compliance, and integrating AI solutions to elevate the overall experience.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $168,800.00 to $241,200.00 (U.S./Canada), excluding incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. U.S. employees enjoy benefits including medical, dental & vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, basic life insurance, and the possibility of restricted stock units based on continued employment.

Employees also receive competitive paid time off: 10 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday, 1 paid birthday/holiday shutdown, 4 paid wellness days, and additional optional volunteer days. Non?exempt employees accrue paid vacation at 4.92 hours per pay period, with flexible policies for exempt employees.

Competitive annual bonuses and incentive pay are available for non?sales roles. For quota?based sales roles, Cisco offers performance?based incentive pay on a tiered schedule.
