Job Description

Utilize your analytical and critical-thinking skills to drive continuous improvement daily. Your exceptional customer service, communication, and organizational skills, along with a superior attention to detail, will be key to thriving in a fast-paced HR environment.
Responsibilities
Utilize deep diving skills and policy expertise to identify required documentation for appeal cases.
Assess documentation for accuracy and past precedent.
Identify process defects and recommend remediation.
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer or internet-based programs.
Demonstrated ability in handling customer contacts, queries, and resolutions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in contact center, customer service, human resources, or equivalent.
Experience using Knowledge database and researching skills.
Previous HR experience in Payroll and Benefits.
Ability to manage customer contacts in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability to constantly changing workloads.
High attention to detail in following existing processes.
Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Atlanta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
