Oasis Financial is looking for a Servicing Coordinator to add to our dynamic team. This role is responsible for developing and fostering relationships with our attorney customers while monitoring and managing our statusing portfolio. The successful candidate will be highly motivated to meet and exceed monthly targets. Each Servicing Status Specialist will also be crossed trained for our other servicing roles to help meet business demands as needed. Compensation includes a base salary and monthly incentives aligned with results.

This role is hybrid in our Rosemont, IL office, with the possibility of being fully remote based on location. CST working hours are required.

Essential Functions: (percentages are approximate and are subject to change)

  • Works alongside our business development teams building rapport, developing and fostering relationships with our attorney clients to achieve case status on open cases
  • Calls attorney and paralegals to obtain updates on cases in litigation - 75% of the position
  • Calculates amounts due and provides payment amounts to the attorneys - 5% of the position
  • Handles incoming attorney-line and payoff queue calls - 10% of the position
  • Executes other duties including drafting correspondence, working with other departments, special portfolio analysis projects, regulatory compliance, etc. as needed - 5% of the position
  • Processes incoming payments - 5% of the position
  • Bilingual/fluent in Spanish is preferred
  • Previous collections, sales, account management, or customer service experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus, but not required
  • Paralegal or legal background is a plus, but not required
  • Self-motivated and desire to build great relationships and exceed monthly goals
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to handle interactions with attorneys and sales people
  • Sound decision-making ability and proactive problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage professional and executive relationships
  • Dependable, professional and good work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with specific set business goals and monthly quotas
  • Proficient in Windows system and Microsoft Office
