What You'll Do

• Build long?term, trusting relationships with executive?level clients and introduce the company to potential/referred clients through meetings.
• Develop and present Account Plans, reporting revenue and headcount growth to the Global Account Manager or other Account Directors regularly.
• Conduct market research to uncover upselling opportunities, assess customer needs, and deliver tailored presentations on appropriate services.
• Proactively seek new opportunities via client referrals, networking, and social media.
• Close deals, negotiate contracts, and bring in new business leads to increase revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Staffing, Sales, Business Development) to optimize results.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in sales executive, client partner, or engagement manager roles in the IT/Tech industry.
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships, close deals, and build long?term partnerships.
• Previous experience as a Software Engineer or a related IT degree is a significant advantage.
• Based in Texas (preferably Houston) and open to remote work.
• Industry focus on Oil & Gas (Energy) or SaaS is highly valuable.
