This iswhat truly matters to us.**Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as HPS Coach****Position Summary and Overview:**The HPS Coach is responsible for promoting andleading the successful implementation of the Healthineers Performance Systemswithin the Americas Region. They will be a key partner who is results drivenwith a strong and proven ability to drive effective use of HPS Methods.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**·Work with leaders up to and including theVP level and their teams, lead and growth initiatives to achieve strategic andHoshin Kanri (HK) initiatives and annual targets.·Work with Sales, Marketing, CommercialOperations, Strategic development, Customer Service and Product Managementleaders, HPSL's and organizations to develop and manage a funnel of growthinitiatives to achieve Hoshin Kanri (HK) and strategic plan objectives.·Promote and facilitate diagnosis ofworkflow impediments/waste and assist leaders in developing Improvement Funnelsand Certified Practitioner Process to meet critical goals.·Train and install foundationalcapabilities in Problem Solving, Action Planning and Key Performance Indicator(KPI) management. Create KPI bowlers and Visual Management to sustaincommercial process improvement.·FacilitateKaizen events and coach teams using tools like value stream mapping, structuredproblem solving and digitization tools.·Leverage a solid understanding of HPSFundamentals combined with Performance knowledge and key commercial processesto achieve goals.·Advance Process Capability throughapplying digitalization tools like RPA, process mining and OCR.·Benchmark with other HPS Coaches,Leaders, and Regions to identify improvement opportunities and incorporatethem.·Support broad commercial organization todeploy, improve, and sustain standard work for key processes, including, e.g.Funnel Management, Obeya, Go-To-Market(GTM) planning, Product Life Cycle Analysis, Marketing Mix Evaluation andPerformance, Lead Management / Qualification, campaign effectiveness.·Schedule, charter, and facilitateprojects and programs. Ensure effective sustainment of results and supportproblem solving as needed to close gaps to targets.·Directly provide formal and informal HPStraining and coaching. Augment with other sources of training and coaching.Improve HPS training and facilitation by pursuing certification in HPS toolsfor yourself and others.**Minimum Requirements:**·Teamwork - must be able to lead a team(s)of Healthineers employees from multiple disciplines and/or companies.·Ability to lead and influence others -must be able to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on keyinitiatives.·Results orientation - must deliverresults.·Commercial Excellence Experience - musthave experience applying lean tools in a commercial environment, to be seen ascredible by peers and managers.·Communication—must be able to effectivelycommunicate in both written and verbal forms·BS or BA Degree in Performance orEngineering discipline. MBA preferred.·5+ years track record of commercialexperience with demonstrated success in process/performance improvement.Hands-on experience implementing improvements in a continuous improvement (HPS,Lean Six Sigma, TPS, etc.), line management or consulting role.·Expertise/understanding of commercialfunctions and is able to find the right balance between process rigor andcreativity.·Ability to analyze commercialcapabilities, identify root cause and growth tool opportunities.·Has the skills necessary to be seen ascredible by peers and managers in commercial areas·Ability to accurately assess key Performancemetrics and situations from a “general manager's” point of view; effective atstructured problem solving and critical thinking·Ability to work with functions in theimplementation of the HPS roadmap and implement key growth initiatives;successfully drives change, handles conflict / ambiguity·Mastery of fundamental HPS or continuousimprovement tools·Superior skills in communications,training / adult learning, consulting / influencing; teamwork acrossdisciplines, regions, and cultures·Demonstrated proficiency in timemanagement and action plan execution·Computer skills (word processing,graphics, spreadsheet, etc.)·Willingness to travel (ofteninternationally), 25% to 50% of the time**Preferred Capabilities:**·Master's Degree in Business orequivalent with 5+ years of commercial or marketing experience withdemonstrated success·Knowledge of key growth tools:Transformative Marketing, VOC, Customer Segmentation, Demand Generation, FunnelManagement, Value Selling, Pricing Margin Management·Experience managing people and/orprojects·Exposure to and participation in a widevariety of training and facilitation environmentsSiemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in ourcontinued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply withcustomer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our businesscontinuity.
