What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide exceptional customer support on the employer's temporary housing line, addressing inquiries from policyholders, adjusters, and partners
• Handle inbound calls, process hotel extensions, and support billing-related questions
• Accurately enter new housing claims into the system and monitor inbound email for claim questions and requests
• Update and maintain the hotel database to ensure accuracy and uniformity
• Audit hotel folios for billing accuracy and compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in claims processing or related business experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university preferred
• Working knowledge of billing and reconciliation systems, claim systems, financial services, and insurance products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation abilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in the insurance or finance industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly MS Excel
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment
