Responsibilities

• Design, distribute, and analyze surveys to capture key insights about users and the market

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns and communicate findings
• Track industry trends and competitor moves to inform business and product strategy

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in market research, user research, UX research, or a related role
• Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Experience using research platforms and usability tools
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication skills for engaging users and presenting findings

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS, privacy, or telecommunications environment
• Familiarity with large datasets and emerging AI tools for qualitative feedback analysis
