Title: Packer PalletizerCompensation & Benefits:* Medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage.* 401k w/company match.* FLSA: Non-Exempt.Essential Accountabilities:Complete start of shift inspection/sanitation of equipmentParticipate in Preventative Maintenance of equipment, when applicableVisually Inspect product for non-conformities and pack efficientlyUnderstand pallet configurations and palletize efficientlyInspect master for proper stencilUnderstand work order instructionsAssist with Line WO changeoversGood understanding of JDE in order to verify that transactions are performed correctly.Complete and comply with all safety trainingComplete and comply with all cGMP trainingMust be able to maintain 6S complianceAll others including cleanup, housekeeping, etc as necessaryCommunicate information to on-coming shiftRotate into positions/lines within the packer/palletizer corps as needed due to absences, breaks, etc.Required Skills:Strong verbal, written and analytical skillsAbility to organize and prioritize workload and to meet deadlinesAbility to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.Ability to work independently with minimal supervisionA working knowledge of cGMP regulations and guidelines.Come be a part of the People Who Make It Right!Rockline is a smoke-free & tobacco-free workplace.FLSA: Non-exempt.
