Imaging Engineer (PACS Support)

Overview:

This role is an Imaging Engineer for CommonSpirit Health. We want someone who can support day-to-day imaging operations across multiple healthcare facilities. So this role will focus on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of imaging systems and PACS environments, ensuring optimal system performance and minimal workflow disruption for clinical users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite and remote support for imaging equipment across assigned sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and system optimization for imaging systems.
• Support DICOM connectivity, network configurations, and PACS integrations.
• Collaborate with clinical, IT, and project management teams to ensure seamless imaging operations.
• Participate in system upgrades, installations, and network cutovers as needed.
• Maintain documentation for imaging systems, configurations, and service activities.

Equipment Supported:

• GE CT & MRI Systems – MRW 450, 660 Optima, Revolution Optima
• Siemens Cath Lab
• Siemens CT
• CT Arm Systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Multi-OEM experience strongly preferred (GE, Philips, Siemens).
• Previous experience supporting imaging systems in a hospital or large healthcare environment.
• Working knowledge of PACS, RIS, and VNA systems.
