Title: Line Lead Shift: C - Shift; 9:45 PM-6:15 AM 40 hours a week/8 hour shift Compensation & Benefits: Medical, dental, vision and prescription drug coverage. 401 k w/company match. FLSA: Non-Exempt. Essential Accountabilities: The Line Lead is a working member of the production line team and is responsible for providing leadership for an assigned production line. Ensure that all safety, quality and manufacturing processes and procedures are understood and followed to meet regulatory requirements, customer expectations and business needs. Identifies and obtains resources to ensure that team members and equipment are performing in a manner to ensure optimum business performance. Direct daily activities on a specific manufacturing asset, on a specific shift Ensures that team members understand & follow safety, quality & manufacturing processes & procedures to reach production output & waste standards.
