The first few weeks will provide approximately five billable hours per week. Then, as time passes, billable hours will expand to 10, 15, and then 20 hours/week. It's possible that, within a year, this role will expand to full-time status.Our Webinar Host & Marketing Campaigns Manager will have two sets of customer-facing job responsibilities:Webinar Host & CoordinatorCyberEdge hosts single-vendor and multi-vendor webinars on behalf of our cybersecurity vendor clients on a variety of topics. We are responsible for achieving webinar registration and attendance goals that align with our customers' buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and to provide a positive webinar presentation experience for our sponsoring clients. Associated job responsibilities include:Adhere to webinar planning timelines/milestones and utilize existing templates to ensure all clients receive the same high-standard campaign support.Interface with our (anonymous) webinar registration partners to achieve target live webinar registration counts. When necessary, work with our partners to promote webinar recordings when live webinar registration counts fall short of goals.Draft promotional landing pages in the webinar platform to track all sources of attendee registration.Coordinate email reminders for webinar registrants to maximize live attendance.Confirm webinar speakers. Send meeting requests for technical dry runs and train speakers on how to use the webinar platform during the technical dry runs.Request presentations from all webinar speakers at least 24 hours in advance.Obtain handouts (e.g., white papers, datasheets, research reports) from sponsoring clients and upload them to the webinar platform at least 24 hours in advance.Obtain pop-up survey content from sponsoring clients (when applicable) and configure pop-up surveys into the webinar platform at least 24 hours in advance.Serve as the host (i.e., emcee) for all live and simulive single-vendor and multi-vendor webinars. Introduce all presenters, facilitate Q&A, and randomly select prize winners amongst live attendees of each speaking session.Distribute prizes (typically Amazon electronic gift certificates) to prize winners via email.Receive and QA lead spreadsheets (containing webinar registrant contact details) from our webinar registration partners and disseminate them to sponsoring clients.Create a post-webinar summary report for each webinar and share it with sponsoring clients.Gauge satisfaction of all clients and webinar presenters. Address customer satisfaction concerns, as necessary.Content Syndication Campaigns ManagerCyberEdge generates opt-in leads on behalf of our clients through a series of content syndication campaigns. We work with (anonymous) content syndication partners to generate leads that align with our customers' buyer personas and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) by promoting long-form content (e.g., white papers, eBooks research reports) through targeted email campaigns.Associated job responsibilities include:Adhere to content syndication planning timelines/milestones and utilize existing templates to ensure all clients receive the same high-standard campaign support.Participate in a kick-off call with the client for each campaign.Participate in a kick-off call with the content syndication partner chosen for each campaign.Obtain all materials related to the client's campaign, including the content asset, promotional copy, the client's logo, and URL to the client's opt-in and/or privacy policy.Obtain laid-out emails (in PDF format) and landing pages (in URL format) from our partners and share them with our clients. Seek client approval prior to greenlighting the start of any content syndication campaign.Obtain and QA lead spreadsheets from our partners and share them with our customers on a weekly basis until the campaign is complete. The customer may elect to receive leads via API integration directly into their CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com) or marketing automation platform (e.g., Hubspot), which we can accommodate at no additional charge.Gauge satisfaction of all clients following completion of each campaign.Education, Skills, & ExperienceMinimum of two years of high-tech marketing campaign management experience working for or on behalf of a technology vendor.Minimum of two years of webinar hosting experience working for or on behalf of a technology vendor.Experience working with content syndication vendors is a plus.S. or B.A. undergraduate degreeStrong verbal and written communications skillsWarm and friendly personality as a webinar hostExcellent organization skills and attention to detailKnowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and Google Product SuiteAvailable home office space Compensation & BenefitsPart-time contractor (5-20 hours/week): $40-$50/hourNo healthcare benefitsNo paid time offCyberEdge Group is an equal opportunity employer.
