Title: Logistics Office Support/ Warehouse Clerk

Shift: F - Shift; 5:45AM-6:00PM

• Only work 3 (36 hours) to 4 (48 Hours) days per week!

Essential Accountabilities:

• Make delivery appointments and accurately enter them into Truck Schedule
• Manage the Receiving schedule and ensure all shipments are received in a timely manner
• Must be able to occasionally do transfer orders in JDE to ship raw materials to other Rockline facilities
• Coordinate all receiving changes with Warehouse Manager and/or Shift Lead.
• Must be able to receive supplies into MP2 and ensure supplies are picked up by their departments
• If receiving is slow, must be able to drive forklift and help with other warehouse duties
• Perform all other duties assigned
• Inventory of the Supply Cage and stocking the Supply Cage
• JDE truck scheduling

Required Skills:

Continual sitting for at least 8 hours. Occasionally standing and walking when emptying trash hoppers, cleaning, changing stretch film and other duties.

• Frequent climbing off and on to forklift.
• Constant reaching and twisting while driving lift.
• Use of hands to operate forklift, scan product, use stretch film, rearrange loads on pallets, and use of pallet jacks. Pushing and pulling loaded pallet jacks, lever for trash hopper, truck trailer doors, dock plates etc.
• Continuous coordinated use of eyes, hands and feet while driving.
• Constant use of hearing and vision to hear fellow employees and alarms. Vision includes peripheral vision.
• Occasional carrying and lifting up to 50 pounds with assistance
• Must be able to wear PPE, including hair net, beard net, smocks, gloves and any other as required for job
