Your Epic Role

Imagine stepping into Tribe as a Sales Director, working from the comfort and convenience of your own home office. Youll lead a crew of remote sales warriors, coaching them to close deals that dont just pad stats but lift brands up. Youll work directly with me to craft strategies that winethical, bold, and built to lastdriving revenue while keeping our soul intact. Youll be my partner in this, rallying your team to hit targets, nail client relationships, and push us toward growth that matters.

Heres what youll own:

• Lead: Inspire and guide your sales team to smash goals without selling out.
• Strategize: Build plans that bring in the dollars and keep our mission front and center.
• Connect: Work with clients and me to make every sale a step toward something bigger.
• Grow: Drive revenue that fuels Tribes fight for wellness brands everywhere.

Youre the one who feels this in your bones. Youve got 5+ years in sales, with a couple years leading remote sales teamsclosing deals is your art, and coaching is your superpower. Youre a pro at building trustclients love you, teams follow you. Youve hit numbers that make jaws drop, but youre not just about the grindyou care about why youre selling. Maybe wellness is your thingfitness, health, living betteror maybe you just crave a fight worth winning.
