Provide general management and strategic leadership for all aspects of manufacturing operations within a Value Stream to drive achievement of business objectives and continuous improvement of people and processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: - Develop and implement manufacturing goals and action plans assuring alignment within other VSMs and business partners to achieve business objectives: safety, quality, cost, productivity, delivery and people. - Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing system/process resources through effective assessment of capabilities and maximization of resources to improve current processes and procure externally where appropriate to achieve objectives. - Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing team through effective assessment of capabilities, development of internal resources and leveraging external sourcing where needed to achieve objectives. - Ensure compliance with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
