*We have an outstanding opportunity for a Lead Physical Therapist in our Glenwood and Hot Springs, AR Clinics.*

*Duties and Responsibilities: *
* Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
* Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource management.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive clinic growth and enhance patient satisfaction.
* Actively participate in community outreach activities and events to promote Rise Physical Therapy and our services.
* Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement organizational goals and initiatives.
* Mentor and support staff members to foster their professional development and growth.


*Education/Qualifications: *
* Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of Arkansas.
* Clinical experience, with a strong background in orthopedics preferred.
* Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, with a desire to grow into a management role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Passion for community involvement and engagement.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and drive positive change.
* Preference for working in a smaller, locally owned business environment over large corporate clinics.


*Compensation:*

*$99K-$125K (Based on Experience) - Annually.*

*Physical Demands:*
* Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.
* Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
* May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.
