GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
Supervises the execution and staff adherence to clinical and administrative policies and practices; and to ensure members needs are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area, E.G., data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc., plus 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training, and 0 to 6 months related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge and effective use of Recovery, Strengths Based, and Person-Centered care
Must have a High School diploma or GED
Valid driver's license.
Must be Certified as a QBHP
Must have completed CSSP Training
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assign, coordinate, facilitate and monitor staff duties after regular Program Center hours, over-night, and on weekends to ensure adequate delivery of services and timely documentation of services provided, observation of self-administration of medication and all others applicable.
Attend weekly supervisions and monthly observed interventions with no more than 13 days between.
Effective communication with QBHP's regarding business needs to ensure no disruption in flow of services.
Late services cannot exceed 8% with a goal of 0 - 4%
Attend required CEU Trainings to maintain QBHP Certification.
Must complete all required documentation by the end of their shift every day.
Must have completed CSSP and Co-occurring training.
Maintain current certifications as a QBHP to include Face to Face MHP Supervision every 14 days with a minimum of 12 contacts every 90 days.
Must complete mandated Inservice training once per 12 month period. Must have a total of eight hours every twelve months beginning with the date of certification as a QBHP
Collaborate with other members of treatment team and other shifts assuring communication of vital member and or other information.
Timely completion of work assignments, work flexible hours as indicated, and log work on appropriate forms.
Maintain healthy relationships with staff and members, always respecting appropriate boundaries.
Must have the ability to access and transport members in all company vehicles as applicable. This will require a valid driver's license.
Regular and punctual attendance is required.
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Must work shifts assigned based on the needs of the members and/or branch. Every effort will be made to maintain a consistent schedule but there may be times that schedules change on short notice.
Assigns staff and assists members with housekeeping duties as needed, such as, but not limited to, laundry, sweeping, mopping, cooking meals, kitchen clean up, bathroom cleaning, etc.
Ensures that member self-administration of medication is managed/assigned out, resulting in limited medication errors.
Ensure completion of temperature logs at assigned locations.
