Responsible for providing daily retail support for deposit operation functions. Assist current and future retail staff in performing their responsibilities in a professional and accurate manner according to Bank policy and compliance. Essential Job Functions Processes and verifies new and revised account documentation, according to bank policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Processes and verifies file maintenances. Evaluates processing issues for resolution and/or escalation. Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work. Follow Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines. Performs all other duties as assigned.
