We are looking for self motivated individual who have experience on Tech based sales.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

The individual shall be responsible for achieving Monthly, Quarterly& Annual targets of Sales Qualified leads and Revenue by doing but not limited to the following:

* Responsible for identifying cutting edge Design & Engineering projects from International markets (largely USA)

* Assisting in creating, planning and implementing sales strategy and business development initiatives

* Research on international tech market dynamics, competition, and clients

* Ensure to onboard mid-size to enterprising global clients with long term relationships

* Must understand the design & engineering related pain-points of the clients and be able to sell to Chief Product Officers, CTOs, Head of Innovation etc.

* Research, prepare & deliver client specific and tech centric business presentations

* Identify potential prospects by analyzing markets/domains and track potential prospective clients

* Working closely with the engineering team to understand the delivery capability and identify relevant engineering projects.

* Ensure lead generation efforts with marketing team are aligned for optimization of lead gen campaigns

* Qualify all leads as per criteria including responding to incoming Requests for Information(RFIs), Requests for Proposals(RFPs) in a professional and creative manner

* Ensuring client requirements documented with high degree of details to avoid any kind of ambiguity for the delivery & engineering team

* Collaborate with Engineering and Delivery team to optimally use its strength in business pitch

* Enabling negotiations between internal and external stakeholders

* Liaising with Legal and Business teams for the quick closure of agreements and client onboarding

* Ensure that the communications to clients are as per schedule and follow ups are on time

* Develop strong relationships with key prospects during and after the sales lifecycle

* Reconnect and build relationships with cold leads and continuously build the pipeline

* Cultivate prospect relationships as needed through the sales lifecycle

* Track, update, analyse and present sales reports to the Management

* Support the Management in running the sales function efficiently and effectively

**Skills Required**

* Engineer by heart and enterprising by mind

* Excellent knowledge and understanding of the new age tech/engineering products including web and mobile based applications

* Always up to date with the tech trends and the new development in technology

* Must have handled B2B Tech sales projects (preferably Service Sales)

* Must have experience in international business development

* High degree of professional ethics and integrity

* Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information

* Outstanding communication skills

* Flair to pick up business development

**Qualifications**

* **Experience**: 4-6 years experience into international market on tech based sales

* **Academics:** B.Tech/BCA/MBA or equivalent degree
